Steve Shaw
Born and raised in the Birmingham area, Steve graduated from the University of Alabama in 1979. He spent the next 13 years employed by AmSouth Mortgage Co. where he progressed to Regional Vice President of production offices across the southeast. In May of 1992, Steve's entrepreneurial spirit and desire to provide customer service second to none led him to establish Mortgage Professionals, Inc.
Steve is also a 1990 graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University in Illinois. He stays active in many industry related organizations, including serving as a past president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Alabama.
Steve is married to Gina and has two sons, Brett and Todd. He and his family reside in Hoover where they are active members of Hunter Street Baptist Church.
